hey,am from india. i have a paypal account created a month ago in my brother's name. He dont have credit card. i have bot 25 $ in his paypal account. now i want to create a paypal id in my name from the same computer (static ip) and transfer the money to my account.and can i close the paypal account in my brother's name.and use my account for ever without any problem.

He is concerned bot creating a new account from the same ip and transfering the entire $ to his account and then closing his account. will it sound suspicious to PP:-?

Well, there is nothing wrong in different members of the family sharing the internet connection when each have their own IP address. Paypal does not require you to have one account per household.

However, it would be in your best interest to immediately verify the new paypal account once you create it to prevent any misunderstanding. If required, submit both your brother's and your IDs to paypal when they request them.

In the end, it is best to contact Paypal directly in regards to this.

As far as I know, PayPal does not have any problem regarding this issue.

BUt still you should contact PayPal about your concern.
