I was buying a domain from GoDADDY.com is Indian currency but when I tried to checkout using Net Baking and Cash Card, I'm getting this error:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to process your purchase using this form of payment. Please utilize another form of payment, or contact (480) 505-8855 for further assistance."

I contacted GoDaddy support but all their replies were stupid, foolish and computer generated. Please help me with this issue. I tried using the .99$ coupon and even without it and I'm receiving this error in both of these.

I have frequently contacted Godaddy 24 hr support at the number you listed, and have always been able to speak to a live customer service representative.
I am not familiar with the two payment methods you attempted to use, but you will find their accepted payment methods listed here: http://www.godaddy.com/payment/payment-options.aspx

If your card, which I am guessing is a debit card, isn't issued by Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX then you aren't going to be able to use it. Sounds like it is an ATM card instead.

I already said that I'm using Net Banking. Net Banking (known as payment through EFT) is only available for Indians at GoDaddy.

Try using a virtual credit card. I've never had a problem using them on GoDaddy.

why not to use PayPal? Also worth to mention, regardless the currency they display prices on the website (which depend on your location), they always charge your card/account in US dollars
