Urgent Help Needed - PLZZZZ: Are Auctions legally Binding

    Hello Guys,
    I need some quick information from the experienced DP members here. I just wanted to ask a Question - IS an Auction at DP legally binding?

    If I have bid on a domain and later do not have the resources or intention to buy it - Can the owner get me banned. I know that one shd always honour his/her commitment. But just in case if i cannot do it - Will the MODS ban me? Just wanted to get the rules straight.

    I'd really appreciate if any1 can quote the forum rules here. thx alot
