Restart and keep pressing the F8 key just before the Windows screen appears. Select "safe mode", click enter 2 times. Wait until Windows start.

The Windows which you will be on is fully virus-free (99% sure) even though you don't even have internet access.
You must now scan for viruses with your antivirus... that way it cound't autoreinstall itself as it appears that's what it's doing.

Hope this help you ;). Remember to get a pair of good antivirus, update them and then do the safe mode thing above.

    Best regards! :D

Turn off your system restore and scan your pc again. Reboot and scan again.

Yes, I forgot to tell you this - you will need to also do so before starting Windows in safe mode.

Look at your task manager and see if anything fishy is running.

Why don't you try using a good antivirus like Kaspersky and such. Also, you can use free antivirus like AVG and if still the problem exists, just format your PC and load new Windows or any OS that you use.

Like others have mentioned, disable system restore and open open up task manager. Check out what services are running. If it looks sus, google it and see what it is. If it's a virus, find it's location, delete it and remove it from startup.

well it keeps redirecting me from google. if you udnerstand

Say i search DVD players. If you visit google and type in DVDplayers then their is a chance u will also see Adsense for DVD players down the right hand side, but i dont. Thats when i first noticed it.

After i Googled DVD players and clicked on the first website it then redirects me through 7 pages in the broswer very quick and i dont notice and then i end up on diffrent other search engines or ads websites.

    i have ran;

    Adaware
    Search and Destroy
    NOD32
    CCLeaner
    Registary Cleaner

i have also deleted the process and any other files a bit related to it.

i have no othe wnanted processes runnin i am down to 17 now With IE Open and Messenger

I hope i explained this so you can understand

    Thanks once again

Try Spyware Doctor. Might work or it might hose your computer even more given all the false-positives it's been having lately.

tbh, the only way you can be sure about this one since it is so deeply embedded is to wipe your HD.

You can try restoring the OS by pressing one of the F-keys when you boot your computer. Which one depends on your machine - some it's F2 and some it's F10 and some it's a different one. It should tell you when you reboot.

What to do is choose the restore OS option (it may say, Reinstall Windows) but it should tell you very clearly which option you are choosing and what it will do; e.g. "This will backup your files and reinstall Windows. Are you sure you wish to continue?"

Once it's done the job you will then need to update Windows again but when your finished all your files should still be there.
