Urgent Help Needed for .htaccess issue

I put the following code in my .htaccess file on the BuyHookah.com server.

RewriteEngine On
redirect 301 / http://www.hookahlounge.net/

but the following page is not being redirected. Why? http://www.buyhookah.com/wiki/Starbuzz_Tobacco_Blue_Mist_Flavor_Review

For example the homepage is redirecting fine: http://www.buyhookah.com/

 

Is there anything else in the .htaccess file apart from those 2 lines?

If you have a .htaccess file in the wiki folder then rename it e.g. to ht.access

 

no there is nothing else in the .htaccess file and there is no .htaccess file in the wiki folder

 

It should be working, rename or remove the wiki folder
