    you have to paste your that meta tag in your index page in the between <head> here meta tag </head>

    If you are using wordpress, edit header.php and as mentioned above, post the meta before </head>

    just open your website in web browser enter your address after that go to view tab in your web browser and click view source, a window will open and will show you source code find out meta tag their. is it is b/w <head> and </head>
