    hey guys i need some help on this.. i have this client who has this problem..

    He has been operating his websites for 8 years and for some reason Google has decided to suspend his account, He is still working with them to find out why. However that may not happen, nor may the account be reinstated.
    Therefore he is looking for someone with expertise in this area and has done this before to set up a new account and run his advertising campaigns again. He says this is possible but is not easy, many have tried and failed.
    How should i proceed in this situation.. Please help..
