Buying URGENT: Data editing

    Hi,

    I have a job which needs doing ASAP. It involves editing an Excel CSV file with around 80,000 records as follows:
    - Delete duplicate entries (need to be careful/accurate on this)
    - Changing the number format on some of the data (for example, it is currently displayed as 55555555 but should be 55.555555)

    PM me if you can do this, need to be quick and very accurate/attentive to detail.
