My computer is giving me loads of problems, from slowness in "opening windows document" to "inability to use external speakers" to "sudden shut down of computer while in operation." I really am fed up of all of these. I was told that it could be as a result of some Virus invasion into this computer. I really do not understand and i need an helper to help solve this provoking problem.
I use Kaspersky and AVG anti-virus software but it seems not powerful enough. Please can someone recommend a very powerful anti-virus software that can even scan and delete all possible virus from my computer.
    Thank you

Why don't you just backup all your 'stuff' and reinstall your OS? You should be making backups anyway, but you should be urgently backing up at the first sign of crazy whoopsies.

A "powerful anti-virus" isn't going to fix a screwed up system. And running two of them (Kaspersky and AVG) will only makes things worse.

    Reinstall the OS.

Then install antivirus (I use avast), firewall (zonealarm) and some anti spyware apps.

    Search download.com
