Urgent : Check on my codes !!!

Can anyone plz help me.

I was designing my php proxy site.

I just got it worked well and tested it well in Mozilla.But getting error in internet explorer.Plz help me !!!

For the first code I got error :

They two works with mozilla fine.But the problem is with Internet Explorer.
I tried to check it but not working and I can't understand the errors properly.
Pz help me fast !!!

 

I can't see any wrong with the page, but it fails validation big time though
