Buying [Urgent] Cheaper Windows Virtual Private Server With Lot of additional Ip Adresses !

    Want to buy a windows 2003 virtual private server with lot of ips...
    Ips must be american ips....
    Preferred to be about 1$ for ip (or less)
    I need about 60+ ip adress...
    I don't need a big vps ... It will be cool and if it have 256mb ram and 10-15gb ram..
    I will not use it a lot... And Cpu about 2 ghz...
