Hey all, Was just wondering if i could buy some domains with registerfly and use them on dreamhost? I've had mixed reports on wether you can do this or not... If anyone can get back to me soon that would be great (leaving to go on holiday very soon) P.S registerfly is currently having a 75c info sale, the code is SUPERINFO. Of course you can do that. Why in the world shouldnt you ? Just point your nameservers to dreamhost. Be careful with registerfly though, they may cheat you any moment. They did with me and with hundreds of other people. I will never buy anything from them again. You are hereby warned.
why are they such tools?! what do they do? also i need paypal and this is one of the few registers that do it. i changed the name servers to ns1.dreamhost.com and ns2.dreamhost.com does that sound right? (going on holiday won't be back till monday, thanks all)
I agree. I have 37 domains with them and i am transferring them all away. There service is terrible and it always goes down. Good luck with them. If you are looking for a good registrar that takes paypal, I would recommend Namecheap.com
Are you guessing the nameservers name ??? When you ordered an account at dreamhost they send you an email. The name of the nameservers will be there.
thanks for the replies login.. No im not guessing them, i have a primary domain with dreamhost and it told me the nameserver there so i just used that, I assume that's right okay im really leaving now
