Urgent Before I Go On Deal

    Hello

    I've made project was willing to sell it as copies but i've got an email from an huge dutch company selling digital products asking me if i can sell the project with Private Lebal Rights (RLR) to them and told me to write price >

    I did told them about the price and they agreed :p but now they asked me for something.

    they asked me for

    bill where all rights are assigned to us (****** dutch name ****)

    :confused: and i do not know how things goes on in this type of selling digital products with all rights so what shall i do

    what does bill means and how it looks like and what shall i write on it and how to send it , is it via mail or via fax or how !

    please any comment will helps me

    You have to give some allowances for language barriers when dealing internationally.

    If you don't have one or havent seen one before then say this to them and ask them to provide a copy of one for you. I suspect it is simply a document/ contract/ statement to transfer the IPR to them.

    I'd say that Astaroth is probably right. In legal parlance in the U.S., the word "bill" is usually a part of a phrase such of "bill of sale," "bill of goods," "bill of lading," "bill of rights," etc... but it basically means a document of some sort. Black's Law Dictionary contains almost 4 solid pages under the definition of the term "bill."

    One way of dealing with their request is to ask them for a form of bill that they have used and are comfortable with. That saves you the trouble of doing something that doesn't have the language that they are looking for.
