    Most likely it is the source of traffic rather than "jobs and careers." I am assuming that a lot of US job sites would be showing up in adsense. Just a thought....

    All Google are saying is that your website is not the the type of website that they think can succeed in the AdSense program. I wouldn't worry too much, Google isn't the only way you can make money from your website.

    Google even send these types of e-mail to people who are making substantial amounts of money.

    I would just hold your head up high and find another profitable program (there are plenty out there).
