Hi everyone this is harsh, I have just been phoned by a friend as one of their competitors has registered a similiar domain name and optimised it and slapped warning notices all over it saying dont use this company. They have hidden their who is so I was wondering if there is any way of finding out more info as its a loosing biz.
If you can get in touch with the registrar (which should still be visible in the whois in one form or another) they will reveal the info. Then you can make use of DP's Legal Issues forum to figure out what to do next

thanks everyone. The person who did this is using the same server as my client. Luckily my client owns a load of reseller accs. so we have the hosting company well on board. However the problem is being that it will take up to 60 days to get final clarification but we found him we think. We know his personal site and the domain names are identical apart from the last digit goes up one - I assume this is pretty solid evidence in itself? Thanks guys
