@collegerut is that design according to dieline?

 

I downloaded the template above and worked from it.You can see my guide lines I used "important print area", and I also have an arrow point to the die lines.
This was done in vector format so it can be saleable. You can send this file (AI)to the print place. I assume you want an AI file, or did you need something else?
