Yes. Just send reply to that email from your email account and you'll get first reply something like Thats valid email address of paypal. DON.
No worries...if you have quoted your reply with the transaction details, they would have got what they were looking for... even from the 'contact us' link! Regards, RightMan
Thank you so much Right Man , deluxdon just as you've said i've got automatic reply for my msg. i hope they let the money go to the seller .
I've got the reply grrrrrrrrrrr i'm feeling so sad now, paypal is a scam - my account has only 4 transections from gays here i sold php scripts to them and one transection i did to the seller so what is the legitimacy talking about ! my account Premier verified by cc and bank account and sent them driver license - phone/internet bill - resdience - prove of every transections made to me and no one ever claim against me and never log in my account from another pc or internet provider since i created. i really feeling so sad how i be the buyer and they treat me like that way i think paypal love scammers and support scam .
Please wait few days, they will get back to you, mostly with a positive reply. They might be checking accounts very strict as RBI gave directions to do so.
Be calm .. It happens sometimes.. Paypal randomly picks up the transactions and investigate them or there might be something because of which Their Automatic Suspicious activity finder algo has triggered this... Once they verify the details manually and find everything legitimate they will release the payment... It happened with me 3 times while receiving payment and I got funds posted back in 3-4 days where buyer only confirmed that transaction is legit... Just relax and wait for 3-4 days as they clearly said they will contact you if more information is needed.. Also they will not scam you either they will send the money or refund it back to you
this could be possibilty 1) is ur account limited? YEs > then performa all step to remove it NO > then no need to do anything 2) Call PayPal ( Indentify ur info with Paypal call center agent ) give PP case # to them They will review it immediately and release the fund Note : Make sure ( you have right reason ) to intension of this Transaction ( they will surly ask u "For what this payment exist") Regards Buyers
Again here is the 3rd reply from paypal support and it is so funny , they brings me to zero point. i'm going to be crazy .... I've sent them prove of every single transection goes into my account since i've created paypal account I've no claim ever before Mine is not limited I've add my bank account and they seen driver license - phone/internet bill - residence NOW GUESS WHAT !! they holding the 1st transection i ever did from my account LOOOOOOL more than 120 transections goes into my account and this is the 1st transection i made off my account. so what does it means if i can prove every transection goes into my account and they put the only and the only transection i made off my account and it is with small amount ($105) to be under investigation and what for !! paypal makes me feeling as if it is thier own money not mine.
OH MY LORD,,, you gotta be kidding me ... i've got a reply within few mins. the most funny one oh he can't understand i'm the buyer and i'm the one sent the money ... it is transection from my account not to my account thank god anyway i think some drunk people replies on support tickets. thanks anyway for everyone given me advice here.. Goodluck
Yes... surely, You need to Thank GOD for at least your problem has been resolved. With such support quality, it is at times expecting too much... for even the most normal things to go through! Regards, RightMan
