URGENT: $120 for best design in 12 hours

    Hello

We will be launching a tournament in the next few days where historical Canadian politicians will be matched up head-to-head in a single-elimination contest, roughly the same style as the NCAA tournament. The title of the tournament will be 'The Great Dominion Dust-Up'.

We need a logo for this and a few banners in the standard sizes (468x60, 125x125).

We would like the colours to somewhat match the development site at http://th3.caydel.com/.

Time is a bit limited; we will judge at approximately 11:00 EST tonight. The winner will recieve $120USD via Paypal. We reserve the right to select no winner if no suitable design is entered, or entries do not meet aesthetic tastes.

That said, I don't intend to cause trouble, just covering my ass in case there is nothing I like.

    Thank you!

UPDATE: Also, I would suggest including photos of Canadian politicians - Diefenbaker, Laurier, Trudeau and Diefenbaker or Nellie McClung - at least 1 woman, some dirt thrown up etc., make it look a little beaten up

On the logo? Not so much. It will be used in some promotional materials, and on a few pages. The 460*60 banners will see more usage.

Bonus points if I get a 473x90 banner as well.

Feedback: I'm not sure if I am such a fan of the two large logos, but I do like the look of these two. In the large logos, there was something unappealing about the gradient used in the brackets and the text.

    Thanks for the submission

Perhaps you could try something a little less... sprawling. This is going to be used in a few different promotional pieces, and that is a little large.

    Does that help at all?
