The site is nice and easy to navigate. The white background makes the site look clean and professional. I would like to see the adsense banner on the right centered under the black line above the word "adssense" Your banner image is real nice and ties in nicely with the site name.
The site is not bad, I think you should change the color of the adsense banner so it fits in with the theme of your site.
