Selling Upsetworkers.com aged domain 2yrs. never dropped/ Huge potenial/ earn on automactic

Hey dp, I am currently looking to sell www.upsetworkers.com Domain was created Jul 28, 2010 so you guys are getting something good for a great price....

The domain name is at namecheap.com and I can push it to their account.
It is hosted at namecheap and I will provide free hosting for one month there after you have the option to move to your own hosting or start paying me a small fee...
It is WordPress based so it can be easily maintained and modified.
It has been submitted to the search engines and it has also been submitted to several directories.
The job search is actually a seperate php script that I have linked to. I own plr rights to the job script.I also created the theme for Wordpress myself.
