    Also if I bought the Domain and Hosting with GoDaddy and it's in a accound also holding a site i'm currently using. How would I go about getting it out of my account?

    Does GoDaddy allow you to run more than 1 domain name with their account ? If it is so then it depends on whether the one you are selling now is the main account. If it is not then it is very simple, keep your hosting and transfer this domain and zip up the site contents and hand it to the new guy.

    If this is a secondary domain then probably you can't rely on GoDaddy too much there. Have this site transfer out then start a new hosting account with the domain name you want to keep and transfer the files over.
