Uploading videos to youtube

Is it against the terms and conditions to upload the same video (changing the file name) and tagging it with different (but related) keywords?

    Thanks

To be honest not that i really heard of. I was always told to do that to increase your views.
I wouldnt really worry about it though. what you should start worrying about is to make sure
that your not using copywrited music in you videos, they will mute your videos now

You will be fine using this strategy. I would agree with Anthony that you should avoid doing this for any copyrighted videos. If you stick to amateur videos, the worst that can happen is that YouTube removes the duplicate video. I guess they could also ban your account if they see you have done this repeatedly.

Yeah I dont think its against the rules, but I am sure its frowned upon, if you uploaded the same video 100 times with different names and keywords, they might makea new rule just for you ;)

And by all means dont just stick with youtube. there's metacafe, revver, google video, yahoo video, aol video, kwego (if i spelt that right) ect. there are tons of site out there and google loves all of them. Another great tool is traffic geyser you can have the trial for a measly $1.00 and $97/month after that if you decide to keep it.
I used that on launch and i made some good money anyways dont just keep your eye on youtube.

Uploading same videos either in youtube or any other website which allow this option will not let you upload videos which is already uploaded in that website.......a such this is same as uploading articles in a article directory......

you can download that video, edit it to some extent and then upload it into that website:D:D:D
