    Dear all, all my videos gone on my banned youtube channel. If I upload the same videos again on the other new youtube channel, is it problem? Or will my new youtube channel get banned too?

    If your banned videos from previous channel are copyright strikes then you can not upload to your new channel, they're will be banned soon. However if you upload your own videos on new channel, it's no problem.

    Yes it will ban if it copyright claims, but youtube won't ban your own videos created by yourself. If they ban then you can make a claim with appropriate documents and gets back it.

    Yes , According to Youtube Guideline you can not upload repeated video , Same Tag , Description and In description Tags not allowed .
