Hello I'm looking a software for uploading images to certain location. Basically it has to have option for uploads, making folders (ftp), making image resizes, renames, maybe adding comments and sort order and maybe even an option to export a list of files in certain folder.
Your explanation is a bit vague. Some actions you mention can be done with an FTP program, others with a site management script if the actions are on your own web site.
