How do I upload a site via FTP when the directory is empty aka there is no public_html folder? do i just make a folder called public_html and add the files to it?
Can you post screen shots of your directory structure, depending on the server it may not have a public_html, do you have a www directory?
Looks like I've fixed the problem. I put my files directed into the root folder and site loads.. no need for a public_html.
