Uploading pictures and using my Adsense account?

    Hi all!
    Is there any uploading service where one can integrate Google Adsense? I use a lot of censoring on my site, but I also give the user the oportunity to see the uncernsored version. I get a lot of traffic to the uncensored versions, but I don't make any money from it! Is there any (free) place where I might upload and also place my Adsense codes?
