    before you go paying people for trivial stuff like this, log into your hosting control panel and check if you have fantastico (you'll most probably have).

    click on it and then select phpbb to install...

    I have 1and1 hosting plan but they dont have CPANEL.......they have their own stuff that i dont understand. Also i want to install phpbb templates caz they look cool.

    Is it Windows or Linux hosting?
    Have you read the instructions over at phpbb.com?
    Uploading phpbb is really simple, download a free FTP program like SmartFTP and then upload the script...(copy and paste)
