Uploading images in wordpress I am getting errors?? Please help!!

    While uploading images in wordpress I am getting this error,I have chmoded 777 to wordpress content folder....Wats the error and how should I correct this??

    Unable to create directory /home/celebsfa/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2007/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    are you sure that you are using the lastest wp version (2.2.1)?
