You can upload funds in moneybookers using your credit card or using your bank account. I am not sure about the debit card. Uploading using credit card takes less time than uploading money through Bank account (SWIFT process). Uploading using your bank account may need further permission from your bank.
You can upload through debit card [UK as far as i know], credit card & bank account. Debit and CC are both instant when uploading funds. Bank may take 2 - 5 days.
For uploading funds from India to a moneybookers account, There are various options 1) Debit or Credit card but credit cards issued in India does not work on Moneybookers since moneybookers offer services to gambling and betting sites The best and the only option which works and available is via bank wire transfer, For uploading funds in your moneybookers account via bank transfer, you will have to visit HDFC bank along with few details like moneybookers bank information, swift/routing code etc, This information is readily available in your moneybookers account, Simply login to your moneybookers account and browse through to the deposit query and you will have the info, After you have this info, present the same to the officer at HDFC, fill up a simple form and the money will be wired to your moneybookers account and the same would reflect in your moneybookers account within 2 to 4 working days.
