I am starting a video advertising program for movie theaters and I want potential advertisers to be able to upload their own commercials to one youtube account. I will then download those videos from youtube and make a brief 20-min movie presentation and show them in the movie theater. I understand that advertisers will be responsible for not using any copyright material, but if they use it anyway, will I be liable? Am I allowed to do this under the Creative Commons license?
