after new changes my earnings grew by 50% , remote upload is faster , download speed is bigger , good work guys

 

It really depends on your what files to keep and distribute - in any case these should be files that people would like to download. Please register as a partner on the site, then you will have your own account where you will be able to upload and manage the files. Should you have any questions about the account settings - please contact our support team, they will help you.

 

Purchased 3 day account to try it out, canceled account within 3 days.
Was sent cancellation notice within hour informing account has indeed been disabled.
One week later, 10$ deducted from my banking account from them.
The odd thing is... even if didn't ask the support team to cancel my account... and wanted the monthly subscription, it's still set to basic, not premium...
Sent a message to support early afternoon, have yet to hear anything about the issue.
Sad thing is, mainly due to my part, I only use this card for online orders. So I only put enough money+bit more for security into it to spend at that moment and that's it (personal reason, I don't like banks). Therefore this $10 fee took me under about $7, yes it's only $7, but with the $35 overcharge fee it will now be $42 owed to the bank.
It's the internet, you don't know who is on the other end, I would highly recommend keeping any personal information away from these guys.

When a user obtains a premium account via a payment gateway on our side, there is possibility to choose rebilling option on the gateway side or not. In your case rebilling was enabled, that is why in 3 days your account was charged again. After that per your request we canceled your subscription.

Due to a technical glitch premium membership was not added to your account. Now you can choose whether you would like to use our service or if you would like a refund.

Unfortunately this upload will not work. To use remote upload from RS you should subscribe to our premium membership and have a premium account at RS as well. In this case, you will be able to use simple download links from RS

Very unfortunate. You should remove the remote upload button if premium subscription is required for remote .

 

I was emailed this morning from support team explaining my situation.
It was due to my part that I was rebilled, so I would disregard my previous post about Uploading.com.
They have investigated the issue and gave me rather generous offers, so I feel like my previous post should be deleted altogether.
I would not hesitate to use Uploading.com in the future.

I got paid several times with Uploading.com. They are doing good job.

 

i use uploading about 15 months and they pay me regulary.

 

i think beyond all thiese discussions there must be only one which is very much important. when will uploading.com will have good download speed for premium as well as normal users. i think everyone is facing problem while downloading files from uploading.com. if the download speed is low then it hurts the earning of partners. also hurts the image of uploading.com to provide better services. Uploading.com must think about that.

 

Same question i and also other r wondering about. from almost 2 years you guys been switching servers and having new teams every month .

Don't be surprise ! ULD always cheat on you Me too. I don't know while I spam and upload 100+ GB everyday but the money I have received not raise and always nearly 20-22$ =)) =))

 

The rate of download should be increased and more facilities should be given to the international members.

 

Our team has started working on the project in the second half of 2009, and the number of visits and downloads have been increasing since then what sure increased load of the servers. That is why we decided to upgrade the system, and now we are in the middle of this process. At the beginning of March we will add more bandwidth what should influence upload and download speed (we have already increased bandwidth twice and you could see that speed was high last week, however on weekend due to the system load it dropped down).

These are just words. If you think something is wrong it is worth addressing your questions to our support team .

On the first image you can see total amount of the file downloads from ALL countries including downloads from the countries we do not pay for. On the second image you see amount of downloads from paid countries per day, so your total revenue is calculated based on this amount. And by the way, that is clearly explained on both these pages in your account.

What is more, the date you have specified is a date of the file upload, but not the date of download.

If something is not clear please contact our support team for additional explanation.

And 99% of Downloas I have are paying countries.

 

Download speed for both free and premium users is still very slow. That affects uploaders' earnings and because of that more and more downloaders avoid downloading from Uploading and move on to find same files on other host servers that give them good download speed. Uploading.com is getting reputation of very slow download speed and that is very big problem. You should solve that as quick as you can, because if don't you are going to lose both downloaders who can't download because of low speed and uploaders who earn less money because of your constant problems with download speed. ;-)
