    I might be a special case, probably because I earn too much xD
    I've been reviewed and my acoount is approuved but who knows one day or later I could be kicked out (I've already been from other uploader websites for this reason)

    Nope not yet. (below 40th).

    At the moment there is no ability to upload files from HotFile service directly. We are going to implement such feature in the near future, and yes, most likely you will need HotFile premium account.

    Downloaded from 150k to 60k then decrease to 25k, I think he use photoshop, because it can not be decrease suddenly like that.

    i used uploading.com for a while. but never made more than $10 even with over 1,000 downloads a day never went above the "base" incentive level. not the best but it pays really fast! and thats a big plus.
