    We pay 10$ for each 1000 unique downloads from US, 10$ for 1000 unique downloads from EU, 5$ for each 1000 unique downloads from RU, 2$ for 1000 unique downloads from RU/UA

    No, what your saying is that 1000KB = 1MB, which is not the case.

    1024KB = 1MB, and so 104857KB is 102MB, still over the limit, but not by much.

    nope, 1 KB has 1024 bytes and 1 MB has 1024 KBs :) so
    100 MB = 1048457,6 KBs :)
