Not true, they speak of user/premium account, nowhere of IP. They DID count more than 1 premium download via 1 account, to be exact they counted EVERY SINGLE finished download, simple as that (that was one reason I signed up and you DO (DID) notice it in the number of downloads).
How they count NOW, is different and non-transparent to avoid cheating the system.

I just checked myself: it is <1GB for non registered non premium users. I have NOT checked registered non-premium users though.

    No! :)

100 downloads* from one IP with premium will count as 100 in 24 hours

*it should be just 100 diff files, but it can be same IP

We've added such limits to avoid cheating with downloads. So instead of make payments to cheaters we can pay same money to trusted affiliates.

We're sorry bout that. We sent money to alertpay more than 2 weeks ago, still waiting. As soon as we'll have funds on our balance we'll make payout.

...after a few seconds the status of any links "Error (?)"

    Hello.

    Is uploading.com SCAM?!

I wanna payout my money. So I requested it on 21 November 2011.
Now it's 02 December 2011 and no money!

    On site they're writing:
"We make payouts to our partners per request. In average, it takes no longer than 3 business days since a request till a payment itself, and the maximum payout period is one week (for first payouts generally). Owners of already verified accounts are paid even faster - usually within one business day."

Few years ago I worked for them and got payments. So I'm verfied.
So, they had 1-7 days, and now it's 14th day AND NO PAYMENT!
The "Approved" status since 14 days AND NO PAYMENT!

BEWARE GUYS! I think they will pay after this post, ANYWAY BEWARE! In my opionion it's better to choose another filehosting. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

    Cheers,
    Nasz Prezes

:) We are not scam. There's problem with alertpay we just can't make payment via Alertpay, so we're waiting to get money on our acc on Alertpay and then will make payout for everyone.

Hello. So why you didn't inform me or global on "News" tab? I'ts very unprofessional.
You can add funds to AlertPay within few days, so it smells to me...

    Regards,
