I received 2nd payment since issue was fixed which was everything I was owed for the entire month it was down (which was a lot of money!). PayPal seems to be completely back to normal.

However, server problems remain. Server fs220 has been having major problems for many days. I created a ticket but they do not believe me and say it is a problem with my connection, yet my downloads from files on that server are down over 75%... As I write this, all files from server fs220 can not be downloaded at all.

Yep we're currently adding 2 more servers, so in few days, we'll have less problems with servers.

 

I don't see how that would have anything to do with this problem. You have 1 server with technical problems. This is not peak time, it is not overloaded. All other servers appear to be working fine. I would think that fixing existing servers would be a higher priority and more cost effective, and piss us off less.

 

sure, we're fixing this problem. But we're adding more servers to have less problems in future.

Last few days I cannot upload any file, I was trying browser upload and uploader.exe with no luck :-(

its just uploading.com doesn't have regular payment schedule unlike hotfile, fileserve or filesonic.

Its kind of funny how they blamed "an updating in the paypal system" as the reason to why they werent paying. How can you accept payments through paypal for premium memberships but you cant sent out payments through paypal. Sorry, but that doesnt add up.

It took a month to get the last payment and now I've been waiting over a week for another one.

Don;t waste your time sending support tickets unless you like getting ignored or answered with copy and paste replies that have nothing to do with your question.

 

didnt even mention the fact that I havent been able to upload in days to a site called uploading.com. Let me guess. "server updates"

 

Try FTP uploading. I have had trouble using the desktop uploader but FTP has worked fine recently.
