Uploading.com pays for downloads

My request is still not approved (still in "New" status) for more than two weeks... When will it be approved?

We're using new accounts to provide better perfomance related to all finance operations( including payouts), so accounts is the same but we've changing our payment backend. Hopefully current temporary delays will help us improve our services in future.

Contact of uploading.com has replied that I have to be waiting for my withraw for some delay.

 

I want to start off by saying that I do not work for Uploading.com even though this post might sound like I do, I am just a fan. I am typing this message to certain people on this forum that have complaints about the service and are talking about repercussions of the service going down for a period of time.

To the one that was saying that he couldn't pay his rent and that Uploading should pay late fees, you can't blame an online company for you not making enough money in the real world to pay for your expenses. The only way to make sure you are making a consistent sum of money online is to run a company and handle the money and advertising yourself. If you rely on payments by others then you have put yourself a the mercy of the other company which is your own fault. It is your responsibility to pay your rent, not anyone else's, so if you chose not to save money for a month of have another source of income then that is solely your problem.

People that have been talking about getting lawyers involved, did you actually not read the terms of service? Under section 9, Disclaimer of warranties, it clearly states that they are not responsible for any problems with the service and that you use it at your own risk. The last time there was a hickup in the service, they even compensated us when legally they didn't have to based on that statement. Section 9 actually absolves them from any legal recourse as it is deemed an "as is" service in an agreement that you had to accept when setting up your account. Not to mention, no lawyer would take the case because of the small amount of money at stake and the country to which Uploading resides. The lawyer would cost a lot more than any monetary recovery and you can't sue for damages either because of the disclaimer.

A few of you talk about how you left Uploading for another service and mention that you have already been paid. Congratulations. You have also been paid quite a bit from this service over the months or years that you have been using it, and there is no guarantee that the service you have switched to won't have a similar TEMPORARY issue the way that Uploading is currently having. It is common place for internet companies to have issues from time to time, and they always do end up getting fixed and the service runs smoother than it did before. Personally, I have a good number of users that have signed up for paid service with Uploading and that would be an upset if they paid and then I switched services on them. I care more about my users than about the timeliness of getting paid, but to each their own.

I have been using Uploading.com for about 2 years now and this is the second time there has been a problem that I recall. Not many other internet services that I have used in that time can say that. I am pretty high up on the Top Affiliates list, so I stand to have an issue with a large sum of money but even I am not worried. They always make good and value their customers. While we don't know what specifically is going on, does it really matter at the end of the day? There is a problem, they have told us they are working on the issue and it will be back to running smoothly soon, that is all we really need to know. Everyone is going to do what they feel they have to do, whether that be switch services or sit back and wait for this service to get back on it's feet. I have a lot of money at stake and I am sitting (not idly) by, so those making smaller amounts have nothing to really complain about. The service itself still works (as in you can still upload files using one of the other methods if one is not working for you) and it is just payments which are delayed a little. They will fix the issues soon and we will all be back to making money happily!

they are in proces of upgrading service of payments it will be done sometimes in next week as
stated in post on previous page or so - browse topic and you will find that post

-I'm not a part-time uploader. I have multiple sites that use the service and it is a full-time job for me to maintain them. I also attend college so my time and money are tight. You speak as if your circumstances are the only ones that mean anything. Some of us don't have the luxury of losing $3000 in paychecks...

-The TOS you mentioned is in regards to the service, not compensation. If the servers go down, they have no legal obligation to do anything about it. But they do have to pay the people who have earned it. They compensated us for the downtime in January because if they didn't, they would have lost people. They did it to benefit their company. You can't look at that as a generous act. If I were to get an attorney involved it would be a class action suit. You seem intelligent so I'm sure you understand why that would mean there is a large sum of money involved.

-I have switched services and I am not regretting it one bit. I am making a larger percentage, on reliable servers, and actually getting paid. Why would I continue to use an inferior service? You can stay if you like, but why would you? When I joined Uploading I did so because they were the best. This is no longer the case and it stopped being the case even before these issues arose.

how paypal and alertpay companies take more than a month to approve uploading.com accounts

uploading.com have approved accounts before so they know how to do to approve their new ones.

why you have not update webmoney account ?

why you have not processed this new system one by one , first time you stop paypal only , then alertpay only , then ....

Request payout via Webmoney was on March 1, But it's not complete yet ....
Until now 6 days delay with webmoney !!
