Today we have set up a new FTP server available for all partners! We have been receiving multiple requests for free FTP service from our partners.

Please note that in order not to overload the server we have enabled limitations for total maximum amount of server connections as well as amount of simultaneous connections for one user. We will monitor the server load and will try to increase these values for our partners.

Still, if you would not like to face any limitations, there is a separate FTP server available for premium users that guarantees higher bandwidth and absence of maximum connection amount restriction.

According to our statistics, majority of our users do not experience any problems with upload. If you have any complaints please provide as much information as possible about issues to our support team, we will make investigation. Thanks!

As was announced in the news, for the free FTP server there is limitation for the amount of simultaneous connections for one user. So that means that one user most likely can not open lots of connections to the server at the same time. Amount of simultaneous connections depends on the server load, it seems that in your case there were many users who were using FTP server together with you, that is why you could upload files one by one only.

Please understand that it would be possible to have a free FTP server for all partners only with these limitations.

 

Hi im starting to use your file hosting but i have found a problem where the file names appear messed up if there is a space between words or parenthesis or brackets is there a way that can be fixed?

How to upgrade status to Power rank ?. I stuck at Base for long time in this time stop uploading anymore file becase in past generate some sales but account always on Base.

 

If we are not mistaken about your account, there were no sales at all for a long time from your files. Also download activity is really low. So please try to distribute files more actively, that should help you to generate sales as well.

Your account status depends on several factors: amount of your files in the account, download amount, number of sales. So the more popular your files are, the better (when your files are popular, they are downloaded well, also they generate good amount of sales). At the moment it is difficult to say how many premium sales you need - you have almost 0 download values. So please make the distribution more active, that should result in increasing of sales also.

Uploading support, yesterday I received an email and it says the following:

Spain has been removed from the list of rate correction countries. So if the major part of your traffic comes from Spain, your rates won’t be halved anymore.

It means I would still be payed for spain downloads, right? Or spain downloads won't be payed anymore? I'm a bit confused.

 

Sure, you still will be paid for downloads from Spain. This means that traffic from Spain won't influence your download rates anymore.

Hey,I m your Premium member, Do i still neeed Premium account of RS,MU,DF,HF to uploading files to Uploading.com...??? Its asking for Account info for remote site, Since I m Wondering Why anyone would need to buy UL's Premium account too for uploading files from Remote host site.

Remote upload is available for premium account only. To remote uploads files from other hosting sites you need premium accounts for HF and MU links. For RS links you can take advantage of their "Free remote upload from RapidShare.com" offer. For DF links you can also upload for free but you can only upload 1 link per 1 to 2 hrs as per DF free download limitation.

 

Do you allow file duplication in file manager? That is... to copy the files from one folder into another folder?
