From our side we need to tell that recently we have been receiving only positive feedback from our partners, and some of the partners who used to work with us in the past are coming back. If you try working with us again, you will be able to see good changes.

 

Can you please answer for how many days your hosting site will keep my files in it? And when you'll expend the limit from 500MB to 1000MB?

 

As for file storage time, inactive files of unregistered users are stored for 1 month, of free account owners - for 2 months.

As for the limit - your question is not clear unfortunately, please clarify what limit you mean. Feel free to pm if you have any questions about your specific account.

 

I am a member on uploading.com (free at the moment), and I have encountered a few problems these days:

1. My account status is currently Base/2 (71%), however I checked the downloads and the countries, and noticed that only 11 out of 43 downloads are from Brazil, Hungary, Japan etc. So why are my rates still halved, if more than 50% of the traffic is from USA, Germany, Canada and so on?

2. When I download a file from uploading.com, the average speed I get is about 30 Kb/s, while being a member should assure that I download with at least 50, right?

As for total number of downloads, please make sure that you take into consideration only downloads from paid countries, not all downloads from all countries. Also, in order for us to clarify the issue for you please pm me your login in our system.

We would like to announce about a new revenue method for our partners - about 10 % of premium sales to all partners!

Beginning from tomorrow, July 24th, we will pay our partners 10 % of premium account sales in addition to the revenue from downloads. What is important, that will be 10 % of declared sales amount (not taking into consideration any commissions). With the new rule we will pay 60 % of the sales volume! Now we can definitely say that Uploading.com terms for partners are among the most profitable offers on the market. We are sure that a lot of partners will find our hosting the most attractive one. Also, we would like to note that this rule is not a temporary summer offer, but a constant one, and there are more improvements coming in the near future.

We hope this change would become a decisive reason for the partners who were going to return to our service, but have not done that yet.

My account's status has been Base/2 (>50%) for the last week, and this morning the percent of traffic from countries like Hungary, Brazil, Japan etc went down to 39%, but it still shows Base/2 (39%). Why is that?

Do you have planned any changes regarding the dld speed for free users in the near future? I'm just curious, because I think they're pretty slow..

 

We have recently finished a full technical upgrade of the system and increased server bandwidth significantly (you can find all the details in our recent news), so our free users as well as premium users get good download speed values now.
