The Desktop Uploader tool does not work. I tried to download it again but nothing. After running, the window becomes the password, I get a white square that leaves no write anything. My operating system is Windows Vista.

Hello again.

I know what happens. As an *. exe file, windows vista blocks it but you run it as administrator. Once unlocked, changing rapidly from the Task Manager window to the interface where you enter the password and paste in the window making the password, it is possible to access the main interface.

Could do otherwise was simpler to use ... Would not have tried it on Vista before publishing?

Definitely, Desktop Uploader does not work. When I reach the 110 Mb (of 180 Mb) uploaded in status displays "Queued" and the download starts from the beginning. This, coupled with an uploading speed of 29 Kb, this tool makes it painfully slow to use while useless. Soon I hope to improve their systems work well because it is totally impossible.

Hello, as for installation of the application itself - we sure tested it on Vista and it works well there. We have not received any complaints from our customers recently about problems with uploader. So please , we ask you to consult with our support team, provide all the details to them, and they will investigate the problem.

Another question: when I add my site in the "Additional Revenue program for website owners", the www not appear in the final result, the URL of my site (for example h t t p : / / w w w . m a n o l o . c o m) becomes h t t p : / / m a n o l o . c o m, bringing the system can not find the text file and I can not verify my site. I first like to have so many problems with Uploading.com.

Is there a way to re-assign file code for blocked files due to copyright infringement? I re-uploaded blocked files and attempt to re-assign the old file codes but I got this message "The status of a file with code "2196bf46" is not "deleted"".

 

As for desktop uploader - please create a message for our support team on the site and describe step-by-step what you do and when upload fails.

As for verification of the site - please do not worry, inform our support system about the question with www, they would help you to pass the verification.

As was mentioned in news, it is possible to reassign codes for the files deleted due to storage expiration date, however it is not possible to reassign codes for the files removed due to copyright issues.

 

Just a quick note about a new feature implemented.

'Related files' feature allows to use a single link for distribution of multi-part archive files (instead of posting links to each archive part separately). For example, you have uploaded 3 parts of an archive file (file.part1.rar , file.part2.rar, file.part3.rar) to the service. Now, when a user opens a download link for any part file, he would see links to the rest archive parts on the file download page.

This feature can be enabled/disabled in a partner account, Profile section. Please note that the feature does not work for the archives that have at least one part not available for download (e.g. deleted or blocked file).

 

I got 30 sales for 1 week, If Uploading.com will give percentage earning for premium sales to their affiliates (just like before),
even 5% only, all affiliates will be very very happy..
