Uploading and Displaying Script

I hope this is the correct section. I'm looking for a back end script for media files, something similar to http://www.evilchili.com/submitfile where people will submit files but also where the videos can be placed on the homepage and changed through the script. Basically looking for a back end script for a media site Any suggestions?

What you need is the attchmax script it is by far the best one around. i have it installed on one of my sites it lets u upload any file and if its a video it will show it on the front page. you can by the script from this website insom.net if u need webhosting contact me and i will tell u whats the best place that offers the ffmpeg installed etc...
