DaStarBug..... you don't get into trouble for having the site. Look at all the big sites, warez-bb warezscene usawarez. all have domains from us and server is in us. Your server company would get into trouble before you would. I have had a warez forum up for 6 years... no problems. I live in the United States yes. Server is in the United States. Domain through Godaddy
