No they don't if you look at the payout menu it doesnt show paypal.


Try alertpay or even paysafecard, you can deposit paysafecard into neteller and withdraw using their debit card

any of these options allows paypal deposit?
some of these options allows you to request a check?

Hopefully will be - if not it may be country restricted.. you in the EU? I know paysafecard is adminstrated in austria, im in the UK so.. :/ - not sure - contact their support - they have UK/US phone numbers and good email support

Yes, it is country restricted. So I will not be able to deposit using paysafecard.

Choose webmoney for uploaded payments and use any reputed exchange sites to convert it to paypal money

They always change this from 30 to 10 then 10 to 30 etc etc all the time, same with the registered free user speeds from 50 KB/s to 150 KB/s, 100 KB/s and the loop continues...

Without USA downloads getting sales is difficult unless your downloads are from European countries only. Also paypal is not supported for both buying & for affiliate payments

They show "payed" but I didnt received the paysafecard code!

 

almost all people have got premium from them, so many link generators out there as well so downloading is not problem from them and for medium file sizes such 100-200MB 100-150KB/s is not bad. ul.to is working quite well for me and although sale have decreased drastically but due to improving their server my dl count has skyrocketed (1000-2000/day) and im covering my previous premium sales money form PPD !

 

I sent email to Support (support@ul.to) to ask this issue, and they answered me within 8 hrs, and they forward the original paysafecard email to me.

I just got payed 100 Euro a few days ago. i think its monthly and around 20th of each month. im not sure though !

 

Hmm I should give them a try.

 

Seems like uploaded.to only cares to fill their wallets with cash but not help their publishers.
