edit: I don;t see any mention on their site as to how they count an "unique download". I know a lot of these places will only count a single IP address per day, no matter how many downloads occur.

 

i hate level cause you always in 1st level.And they hide the rule,download only count from some countries

This seems legit, more legit then some of the download sites out there.

 

Let us know how it goes, I am interested. Also if you can, please let us know their upload/download speeds relative to other providers like RS and HF....

 

I remember i signed up when the site in beta stage and made some money with it, but i left it when they changed their revenue rules ( Pays only for premium downloads ).
Now i loged to my account and found that i have more than 20$ in it, anyone knows how to request payment cause i can't find it.

 

Login and click on "my page" then fill in your webmoney or paypal account. the payment is automatic as far as I know and the minimum payment is 25$. so you need to earn 5$ more.

I have requested USD30+ to my webmoney, they deducted the amount from account but I have never received the sum in my webmoney. That's when I decided to quit.

I got paid yesterday $20.80, I maid those long time ago when the program started, it was in beta stage
back then but i left it to another file sharing program, about 10 days ago i checked my account to find that i can withdraw since the minimum to withdraw was $20, so i put my paypal address and yesterday i got the payment
