i have many questions about this site pay per host.

1-upload.to and turboupload.com are a scam or no??

2-for upload.to

- 10 EUR for 10.000 Downloads by users from any other countries

PHP:

he paid 10£ for 10.000 Downloads only for users or all people

3-for turboupload.com

he paid from any other countries or no?

4- what is the best "upload.to or turboupload.com"

 

uploaded.to -- they pay 5.5E for 10.000 downloads for users i think, what sucks in this site:
they take taxe for your earnings and after they pay you (i request 21 Euro and i received only 16 Euro).

 

I will not recommend you any of these, however if you can work on daily basis, hotfile should be good choice for you.
