    I want a site which allows users to upload there music to my site!
    Other can then listen to the music.

    I have such a script available. Normally I charge $40 for this script + copyright removal rights, but sales have been slow so I will charge only $25 (via PayPal) for the script plus the rights to remove the copyright links.
