One of the buyer of my anime database, can't import the anime database to wordpress and encounter an error saying:
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Can you help us, any advise?

If you have root access to the server you can change this upload limit in the PHP config file. Otherwise you can ask your hosting provider to increase the upload limit for you.

WIth SSH access you can edit the maximum limit set by your hosting company, or you can contact your support of the hosting and tell them to increase the size nicely explaining the reason and they probably will do it.

Edit the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

You do it or Your IDC do it.
