Header needs work very dull and old looking maybe some 2.0 graphics will help.

I actually like this. It's quite rare that I find a website where I know what I am doing within 1 second of visiting it!

I'd sacrifice Web 2.0 coolness for usability.

Here is an example of another company that taken the usability stance. Homepage basically has been the same for 10 years.

well i run sharenxs, alexa 14k site is 6 months old google rank 2. you have no advanced options basic uploads are fading away look into drag and drop bulk uploading radlink is the name of the one i use IH site need to be simple we are redesigning the front page of our it need allot of work
