Upload a theme to wordpress?

How do I upload a theme to wordpress?

Do they not allow theme uploads? I have tried for a long time.

 

you can upload theme using cpanel..
Just folow the path wp-content---->themes

 

I want to upload a theme to the wordpress website to share.

I know how to upload a theme to my site.
