Upgrading vBulletin 4.2.2 from patched version

    Hi,
    If i lost access to my vBulletin account (second time) can i upgrade my current version 4.2.2 to the lates one 4.2.4 from patched vBulletin or i may lose my license.

    My current version is legit but lost access to member area for the second time.

    I did and replayed you do not have access to secret answer we can`t restore your account, that was the first time.
    Second times they replayed we can`t provide person details as i wanted to know the email of the second account i bough from here aka digitalpoint.

    I bough the two lisense from here. First one the owner it self did`t know the answer, was cheap got it anyway.
    Second one he gave me access to the domain witch email was the one in the account, and did`t renew the email.

    I want to know the email second time so if it is the same i would`t get the domain and make the email itself from there i recover the password of the account.

    Either way, if you don't have a viable license that you can actually access, your only legal option would be to buy one.

    These are things you fix WHEN YOU BUY THE ACCOUNT (I dunno if this is even legal / within vBulletin user agreement, but that's besides the point). When you buy a license for something, you make sure you have all access to make sure you now own it - you update emails to your email, you change any passwords to something you select, and so on. Buy a new license - it's that simple. And this time make sure you have the correct access.
