I currently have Premier Account and Every month i my withdrawing limit which is 500$ Exceeds and i have to wait for another month to transfer those to my bank account. I have heard that upgrading to Business Account will make them Charge me more fees every time i receive a payment or buy something. But i need more than 500$ a month. But if the fees are too much i don't wanna waste my money on paypal for nothing. I also currently have a PayPal Debit card Just to see how it is. And i think its limit is also 500$ ( i might be wrong) To lift my Withdrawing limit , either i need to link my credit or debit card to paypal Which i think is risky because i have heard lots of bad things about paypal taking peoples money or I need to provide my Social Security Number which i am not doing at all at this company who has all their support team Chinese , and if i call if anything happens then they will make me wait over 1 hour and not even help me. Also Everytime i have called in there i have had to talk to some Chinese women which is very hard to understand. Paypal needs to hire American Support Team but they also don't want to pay much as They can get low labor wage in china. So What should i do? What Are good things? What Are bad Things? Thanks For Helping out!
The fees is the same for a Premier and Business account, there is no distinction there. The main difference is that the premier account is for a private individual who needs a paypal account to receive funds and a business account is for a registered business/incorporated company which needs a paypal account. The limits would remain for both the premier or business accounts until you submit your particulars and allow them to trust you. If you do not provide your SSN or verify your account, you will perpetually get a limited account as you do not give Paypal the reason to trust you. I supposed if you do not want to provide those information then just live with the limitations. To increase the limits further, you will need to add your credit card. Trust is a two way thing, you need to trust it and Paypal needs to trust you. There is really no risk with Paypal as long as you are doing things above board and do not violate your contractual agreement or the Acceptable Usage Policy. Those which faces problems are people who violates them. I don't believe that Paypal hire China support team for the US market.
